“Kimberly has been a member of the Y since 2002 and instructing fitness classes at the Y since 2014. Currently teaching the Strength and Conditioning class, she is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Federation of Personal Trainers. She has trained for running races, triathlons, bodybuilding competitions, and obstacle races. Lifting weights, cooking, hiking, backpacking, volunteering, and gardening are some of her hobbies. Helping people build strong bodies and create sustainable, healthy habits, without fads, is one of her passions.” - Skagit YMCA
