Have you spotted the GORGEOUS new banners downtown?

These banners are part of a Mount Vernon Arts Commission’s Skagit Impressions project celebrating Mount Vernon's natural beauty, culture, and heritage, and are designed to engage the community. The banners showcase local artists from the state of Washington and add vibrancy and color to the City's streetscape while promoting the diverse culture of Mount Vernon and Skagit County.
