Owned and operated by Blanca Zamora and her husband, this vibrant eatery is a labor of love, offering delicious tacos, hearty tortas, and refreshing margaritas made from scratch.
Amidst the pandemic, Blanca and her husband opened Blue Taco in 2021, presenting an extra challenge. Despite the uncertainty, they took a leap of faith and were driven by their extensive experience in the food industry. Initially, Blue Taco operated two locations and strategically decided to consolidate into one, focusing on perfecting their Mexican cuisine and delivering exceptional service to their loyal customers.
Blue Taco is all about freshness and authenticity. Blanca and her husband take pride in preparing every dish from scratch, ensuring that each taco, enchilada, and torta delivers a burst of traditional Mexican flavors. Regulars at Blue Taco know that quality comes first, and Blanca loves getting to know her customers’ preferences–so much so that she often remembers their orders before they even say a word!
