MVDA Summer Sips Commitment & Registration

If you are a downtown restaurant or bar and are interested in participating, please email Kathleen Petrzelka, outreach@mountvernondowntown.org

The following are requirements for Summer Sips participation:

Business Cost: $125. Registration closes May 21.
Stay open until 8:30PM on day of the event.
Complete and return form and payment by final deadline of May 21.
Commit to sharing the event a *combined* five times via your social media & email list.
Provide a volunteer for pouring.
Help enforce "No drinking on the Street"

As a participating Summer Sips business you will receive:

MVDA to cover the permitting process with MV Parks & Rec and WALCCB
Summer Sips signage at your business.
Postcards to promote the event to your customers.
First Come, First Served Winery/Distillery/Cidery/Brewery placement at your business.
MVDA support.
Facebook, Instagram, and other advertising.

We are all partners in helping ensure that alcohol consumption occurs INDOORS for Summer Sips 2022. For our event, outdoor, street and sidewalk consumption is prohibited per WALCCB.
